Mr. Rodney Au
Co-Founder, Compliance Practitioner and Solution Provider
Rodney has over 25 years of practical and processing systems experiences and knowledge in Asia regulatory compliance, financial crime compliance (AML, KYC Due diligence, Sanctions and ABC) and operational risk from sizeable international financial institutions into financial technological tools deliverables for speedier business as well as risk management decisions. He had also held a number of key regulatory positions under the Banking Ordinance including Manager pursuant to 72B of the Banking Ordinance. In addition to a bachelor degree in Law, Rodney also holds masters degrees in Corporate Governance, Banking and Finance, and International Business Management.
Mr. Sammy Lam
Co-Founder, Business Veteran
Sammy has over 20 years of investment and fund management experiences gained from multinational corporations as well as 3 business ventures that he has set up in the past 7 years. He will bring his expertise in terms of business evaluation and financial management to KYCIC. Sammy is a Certified Public Accountant in Hong Kong and United Kingdom, with a bachelor degree in Accountancy and a master degree in Finance.
Mr. Rico Lee
Co-Founder, Technical Product Strategist
Rico has over 25 years of well-demonstrated development and architectural experience in complex and real-time low latency trading systems with global stock exchanges and banks. During his tenure in Asia, he established frameworks, risk mitigations and compliance measures in the management of large offshore technical resources. He has knowledge in Cloud technologies and services. With his logical thinking and passion for exploring problems he has invested and operated two startups. Rico holds a Bachelor degree in Information Technology from Australia.
